Consultations and suitability
All treatments require a consultation. We may decline to treat where a treatment is not clinically appropriate, where consent cannot be given freely, or where your medical history makes treatment unsafe. Prescription-only medicines are issued only after a face-to-face assessment by a prescriber.
Consent
You will be asked to give written informed consent before treatment, having been given the opportunity to ask questions. Consent can be withdrawn at any point before treatment begins.
Results and reviews
Aesthetic treatments vary between individuals and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Where a review is included, it will be arranged at the interval appropriate to the treatment. Additional product or sessions beyond the agreed plan are charged separately.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of treatment unless a deposit or course has been paid in advance. Courses are non-transferable and are valid for twelve months from purchase.
Age
We do not treat anyone under the age of 18 with cosmetic injectables. Photo identification may be requested.
