Cancellation Policy
Notice period
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. That allows us to offer the time to someone else — clinic lists are limited and late changes usually mean an unused appointment.
Late cancellations and non-attendance
Cancellations inside 48 hours, and appointments not attended, may forfeit the deposit or be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost. Repeated non-attendance may mean future bookings require payment in advance.
Deposits
Some appointments require a deposit to secure the time. Deposits are redeemable against your treatment and are transferable once if you give the required notice.
Lateness
If you arrive late we will treat you where time allows, but the appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked so later patients are not delayed.
Illness and exceptions
We understand that illness and emergencies happen. Contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to move your appointment without charge.
