What we collect
We collect the information needed to treat you safely: your contact details, medical history, consent records, treatment notes and, where relevant, clinical photographs.
Why we hold it
Your records allow us to assess suitability, plan treatment, prescribe safely and review your progress. We keep them because we are required to maintain accurate clinical records.
Clinical photography
Photographs are taken for clinical comparison. They are stored securely and are never used for marketing without your separate, specific written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only where clinically necessary, where you have asked us to, or where we are legally required to do so.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your records, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or withdraw marketing consent. Email info@jersey.skin and we will respond within one month.
