This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses a small amount of browser storage that is needed for the site to work, and asks before counting anonymous visits to steps such as the Skin Finder.
Your privacy choice (essential)
Name: jsk_consent_v1. Type: browser local storage on this site. Purpose: remembers whether you chose 'Essential only' or 'Allow counts', and when. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
Signing in (essential, staff and patient accounts only)
If you sign in, the sign-in service stores a session token in this browser's local storage (a key beginning 'sb-' and ending '-auth-token') so you stay signed in. It is not created for visitors who do not sign in, and is removed when you sign out.
Anonymous step counts (optional, off by default)
Only if you choose 'Allow counts', the site records that a step happened — for example 'Skin Finder started', 'Skin Finder completed' or 'booking page opened'. Nothing is stored in your browser for this, and the record contains no name, email, IP address, device identifier, health information or Skin Finder answers. If you send us an enquiry or make a booking, we keep a count of that action as part of the clinic's records.
Third-party content
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them; Google states it does not set cookies for this service. The online booking window opens Aesthetic Nurse Software's booking page, and payments open Revolut's checkout. Those services may set their own cookies under their own policies, but only once you open them.
